WOW...I just used it and you would not believe how it cleaned up the board...hope everyone joins me....none of us needs stress as it "does" increase blood sugar levels.

I have read it on the stuff that comes with my pain meds so don't need to read it here - and it is pretty standard stuff available on the med packets and at any pharmacy or internet site near you. LOL.
