Chippy a CL is a monitor for the forum. To keep the trolls out and delete inappropriate posts.

You sound like the Obama White House trying to control free speech. No one has to read a posts and who says they are trolls. There will always be folks who abuse, but just move in and not try to regulate the rest of us.

Have you told everyone that a CL went through this whole board and saw nothing except some personal disagreements that a CL would not get involved in?

And FYI, a CL can NOT delete posts, they can NOT ban people, the ONLY thing they can do is close a thread that gets out of hand.

Finally, DS has stopped listening to them as far as banning and removing posts. So for what you want...a CL would be absolutely zero help whatsoever. Nice try, tho!

WV, sorry you got dragged here yet again. I assume everything else was correct? You cannot delete posts, nor ban users?

As far as DS, I know you have to be faithful, but I am also aware that they've stopped their normal phone conferences and it's almost as hard for you to reach them as us. No one is around on weekends and you guys all pull your hair out.

That is what I meant by my last line. As for banning, unless it's really serious, they still take their time, even with CL's recommendations.

My entire point here was that CL's can't work miracles. They can't make everyone that disagrees with someone else just disappear. Thinking that way is living in a fairy tale land. And that's what this post was promising, via a CL.
