" TOMORROW IS THE DAY!

Here are some simple things you can do to promote this very important day....

1. Wear blue...it is the color chosen to represent this important occassion.

2. Check your blood sugar at 14:00 hours along with the worlds other diabetics....be connected!

3. Exercise for 14 minutes this day to promote the importance of physical activity in managing your diabetes.

4. Talk to someone about diabetes. Spread the word.

Enjoy your day! Promote, protect and prevent. :) "

" Diabetes Day is not a day to celebrate. Its actually diabetes awareness and it has no meaning for me. The day they find a cure will be diabetes day and I will celebrate, if I'm still alive., "

" Just remember, there can be no celebratory cure day, without the hard work that it takes to get there. We are all responsible for our role in advocacy and pushing for better treatments. "
