I have been a type2 diabetic for 10 years and have kept my sugar under control with metformin. I have just been diagnosed with sarcoidosis and the Dr is trying to treat me for that while keeping my sugar under control. Lately, I feel tired all the time and don't think I have a reason to!

Anyway, I just found this site and hope to connect with others that understand what I'm dealing with!

" Hi Michelle
I am tired all the time too. I am not too bad when my sugars are good, but if I go off my routine and they go up, I get really really tired. I think being tired is part of the illness. "

" Hi! I'm sorry that I've been away so long. We have had two deaths in the family and that added to the diabetes and sarcoid has left me to tired to get online. I really hope to improve that now! My sugars are running a little high, but I know it has to do with how I've been eating lately. "

" I'm so sorry to hear that Michelle. Stess can also cause your blood sugars to run high.

Try and take some time for yourself to relax and refresh through this difficult time.

We are here whenever you need to chat. :) "

" Exersize is always helpful for me! And freshly juiced veggies and fruits! Watch the fruits, some are high in sugar!
Always talk to your doctor before you make any massive change in menu! Keep an open mind and you find this site is full of great information! Some of which you may already know! But others might not!

Good health to you!!
Mark "
