Since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetic, I have been reading about the subject, and learned that I may be able to reverse it.

But one question, will I be able to reverse my type 2 diabetes, if I no longer have my gall bladder.

Any help is appreciated on this subject.

Love & Respect,
Mckenzie

" The gallbladder issue is entirely compatible with the reversal of diabetes goal. People with problematic or no gallbladders need to folow a very low-fat diet and so do diabetics if they want to reverse the condtion. No more than 2-3g of fat/serving in anything, high fiber, high nutrition. "

" the dr told me that my gallbladder could be causing part of the problem, I just did my test and it was 184, way too high, what do you do to get your blood sugars down? "

" Go for a long walk, or exercise, but the walk will get it down.

When I do eat the biggest meal of the day, I go for my walk, this way when I take my level, 1.5 hour later, it is pretty much in the normal range.

Mind you, I have been trying to get it down from 20, which I suspect I was walking around with my level sky high, for years, so some tells me it might take a month or two, to get it regulated.

The other day it was down to 5.5, first time it was in the normal range.

Now it's pretty much always under 8, so still have some work to do on getting it down, but it's only been 3 weeks now.

On the 1st I need to go for a follow up with my Doctor, and will see if he gives me more medication or he keeps me on 2 pills a day.

" Yep, gallbladder is not related to diabetes. Your gallbladder is merely the holding tank for digestive enzymes. "
