I am just on Glyruide 2.5.I started it in March. I was weighhing 180 and now I weigh 163. I do not know how I lost the weight so fast.I am here if you need to talk.take care.HUGS

I didn't know it helps with weight loss. I just know it's supposed to help my body work better. If it will help me lose weight too, that would be great! Lord knows I need the help.
