Well, today was my 52nd birthday and I had a really nice and quiet day. I even behaved in terms of my eating today and for my movie night tonight, I am having veggies and a dip I made up with greek yogourt with a bit of dijon mustard and a few different herbs!

Unfortunately, my mom had to be taken into the hospital today because she has had some kidney problems and they want to do some testing. With her Alzheimers it gets so difficult on her.

I also wanted to thank everyone who has joined my board at http://pcmdr.ca and I had a great meeting today about it! We are going to be having some nutritionists and 2 chefs join the board to lend a hand with giving us recipes as well as some nutrition tips for our users. The site is a dream of mine and I really appreciate all of the support that I have gotten from DS!
