" That is all you have to say to that whole comment I made? I said a healthiER diet. I didnt say perfect. Explain to me then why if I happen to not take my PGX before my meal, that my glucose levels spike more after? The point of the PGX is to BALANCE your blood sugar levels after meals by slowing the obsorption in your digestive system. You cannot argue that it will at least do that if you have ever put PGX in a glass of water and watched what happens. Im curious as to why you seem to have it out for PGX so bad? Have you tried it yourself? Or are you basing your opinions on one negative review on a website trying to sell their crap? Thats the problem with people today. No one ever forms their own opinion on anything. They go online and read things about products that im sure 90% of the time are written by people payed to either pump or bash a product. You know why they do it? Because it WORKS. "arlineH" you are a prime example of an easily influencable consumer. - Im not saying you arent entitled to your own opinion. I am a stong believer that everyone is entitled to that at the very least. But that opinion should be based on something you have actually TRIED. To make ignorant comments like "It has nothing to do with blood sugar or diabetes" is rediculous for someone with obviously no knowledge on the topic. Even if I did not use PGX, I at least understand the SIMPLE science behind it, and that it makes sense. That is step number one. If the science makes sense, try it. And then if it works/doesnt work then form your opinion from that. You would be one of those people way back they said that TV or computers would never work/ catch on.

Im not saying this will work for everyone. Im just saying do your research, and if it makes sense to you how it all works. Try it if you like. Dont base your opinions off of one website, or one persons uneducated opinion.. Or was it one uneducated persons opinion? Its really hard to tell you which it is to be honest. "
