Urgent Advice for my diabetic brother from India

Dear Friends,
Warm Greetings from India. I am mailing you today to ask for your valuable advice for my brother Umang Binani, 26 years old, suferring from Type 1 Diabetes for the past 20 years. He is currently in a very bad shape suffering from multiple problems which include - catherization, nerve(diabetes neuropathy) and kidney disorder, 98% blindness among a list of other complications. He is currently on medication and insulin( 5 times a day) Inspite of the best treatment he receives here in India it is not helping and his condition is in a pathetic state and deteriorating. I look forward to your advice on recommending hospitals/speciality centres in US where there might be some kind of treatment available which will improve his condition even slightly as we fear we may lose him soon. I would also appreciate if you could forward me the email addresses of doctors who specialise in Diabetes and probably you consult in US/Europe so that I can forward his summarized case to them and ask for their recommendation if there is any treatment available in US or elsewhere.
