I recommend if you have Dercum's to try acupuncture along with medication. Morphine is what best treats my pain, along with cymbalta, muscle relaxant , trazadone for sleep. no phsyical therapy it makes it worse, walking for exercise or aquatic therapy . my pain level on a daily basis is a 3
