does anybody else feel that once your parents find out about how you feel that they watch your every move check up on you all the time, dont trust you, cuz my mams just found out and shes watching me like a hawk, i cant even write anymore cuz thats how she found out so its all bottled up, shes always checking what im on on the pc or just always in my business (im a private person). idk its pissing me off massively, what about you guys? any advice would be appreciated greatly :)

Yepp, I went through the same thing. The first weekend after I told my parents about my depression, my mom watched me constantly bc she was worried I would commit suicide or hurt myself or something. Both of their watching did calm down with time. Maybe you should try talking to them and tell them how you feel. Oftentimes my parents have tried to help, but they only wind up making me more depressed than I initially was.
