I suffer from anorexia and today has been really horrible. I can't stop eating and I know its because Im about to start but I just keep seeing my self as fat and useless. Any help?

youre beautiful...i hope that can help. if you need advice id say just do your best to believe in yourself. you are beautiful inside and out. i know thats odd to read/'hear' coming from a stranger, but i believe it with all my heart. i wish you the best of luck to stop it from coming. if you need or want to talk im here :)
