I am a horrible person and everyone would be better off without me. I can't do anything right. I over stressed because the hubby yelled at me and was being an asshole so as I cooked spaghetti dinner "I over salted the veggies and meat and am a failure. I deserve to die.

Sweetie, no one deserves to die for oversalting a meal. Not even at a restaurant - which believes me - happens a lot! It sounds like you are having a rough time. Go ahead and vent - it sounds like you need to. Do you really feel like you deserve to die? Are you talking to a doctor or therapist or at least a friend? I think everyone deserves a fighting chance at happiness or at least peace with themselves. Give yourself a break and don't beat on yourself so hard.

Thanks hubby apologized then later made me feel guilty and berated me for not helping out around the house as much as he wants me to and made me feel miserable all over again.
