My 10yr old austin has been going to bed really early lately sometimes he says he has a headache which I know he gets sometimes because I myself get bad migrains. But he is on meds for a preventative. He still gets them. But he's been going to bed around 6 0r 7. one night he went to bed at 5. I'm thinking hes depressed maybe about over hearing our tal;k about not being able to have a great Christmas and our finances being bad. We live in a small apartment and its hard to keep things like that away from him. What should we do??

" Wow 5pm? I see why your concerned! What about making the evening some special one on one time? You could take out a good book to read together or play a boardgame, could be a family thing too.. It sounds like he could use some fun, something to look forward to and to end the day with a positive note.. "
