Hey All
Well its been a few since I wrote. I 've been busy with meetings and physical therappy. Meeting was good last night and so was physical therapy. I have to get a pediometer for therapy and have it twice a week and got to meetings to. Gas may be a issue but we will see. Wed I got a MRI at 540pm. Whoo hoo! I finally did it! I broke the 300 pound barrier. I am now in the 200's. 299.8 to be exact!
I know that this probably doesn't sound great to most people, but for ages I have been over 300 pounds. At my very worst I was just over 450 pounds.
