I'm about a third of the way thru. An excellent book. Really hits the mark on how to improve yourself by looking inward for answers instead of outward. There is also a free online workshop for the next 9 Monday nights. Go to www.oprah.com to register. You can also download the first webcast which aired on Monday, March 3, and watch it anytime. Take notes because the book is awesome.
