Hi. My doctor is weaning me from effexor to celexa and I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with celexa. Any input would be great!

" I took the Celexa, I probably didn't give it time but on the third day I felt very nervous, anxious and I had to leave work, just laid in bed waiting for it to pass. i stopped taking it and my doctor wants me to try Paxil. I haven't yet and I'm scared to death but so tired of feeling like I'm feeling everyday. Didn't mean to scare you and everyone is different, I guess you just have to proceed with caution. "

Ive been on it for 4-6 months. Im on 40mg along w 200mg lamictal & 300mg welbutrin. Its been working for me & thats a BIG PLUS cuz i have had no luck w other meds. I just hope it doesnt stop working.

Not sure what med is doing it but it has taken my sex drive away.
