" it will make you a little sleepy, but in a good way...try it and see if it helps.....if you end up having to take it everyday for a bit, you can wean off of it quite easily as long as you havent been taking it for months.....its a ok drug and works well for me.....it will help you to calm down and it just make you feel less stress. things that would have bothered you are a little easier to manage....if after you take you dont like it then dont take it again, but id try it.... " If you have had trouble with addiction, I would be hesitant to take them. I have been taking them now for the last year. I was on xanax for several years before that. As long as you don't start upping the dose, you should be fine, without history of alcholism or addiction. "

" It makes me sleepy and calms me down. I tend to be a little wary of taking it too frequently for fear of addiction =P but my doctor assured me that without any history of addiction I should be fine :) "

" I like it, I can't get a doctor to treat my anxiety. I bootleg it. When I'm having a problem I take one and I'm able to forget that I was once train thinking, if I can't sleep it helps me relax. I can also take it knowing that I have a stressful event comming up, like shopping with my kids, and I'm fine. But some people have reported signs of drooling on themselves and being unproductive. I would strongly suggest to take it. Try 1/2 pill to start and stay home to see the results. Best wishes. "

" I have taken it for 18 years. I'am addicted to it, but in a good way. If it had not been for this medication, I would have panic attacks all the time. It helps with depression and also helps you sleep. It will make you drowsy at first. But eventually it will just be a normal part of your day. Besides the doctor can wean you off of it anytime you want. Good Luck! "
