I FINALLY figured out what the hell was wrong with me being so tired.

I read that if you take Seroquel XR with food, especially a lot of food, it increases the amount of the Seroquel in your blood. I think that's why I've been so tired.

I have the bad habit of eating a lot late at night.

God bless.

" I am exactly where you are!!! I sleep more than I'm awake. And I have the bad habit of only eating at night. Seroquel makes me tired and pretty numb to everything for the most part. When I go down on the dose, I get a lot more energy. Higher dosed also makes me have spells where I wake up with my heart beating about 200 bpm. It doesn't last that long, but it's really scary. That's why I don't take as much as I used to. "

" I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm feeling really good for the 2nd day in a row. Enough eating at night or taking XR with food! I could lose weight with this new regime! Now I have to start exercising. I very relieved that I figured out the problem. The Seroquel XR and the Nuedexta and Prozac was and still is (thank God) the miracle recipe for my mind. "
