Honestly, I should probably be in a group home or something like that. I need that extra support for sure. But I have social phobia and OCD, so I can`t live somewhere where I have no room that`s just mine, where I can be alone and no one is going to touch anything so that I have to spend hours straightening every day. I also can`t talk to therapists or anything AT ALL because of the social phobia. I don`t know what to do. I feel like I`m going to be trapped feeling horrible, depressed, and sometimes suicidal for the rest of my life. :'( I can`t stand it.

" I can`t get on meds because I can`t talk to a doctor.

I don`t know of any books about it, but I`m usually too depressed to read a book anyway. "

" Maybe you could talk to a doctor online. Chat or something. Would that make it easier? And there are a lot of people here who will listen. "
