" I used to drink beer home alone a lot. It did not help my depression one bit. I made up my mind one day (Oct. 17th 2010) to stop drinking. Booze is not for me, and you probably shouldn't drink alone it only ends up making you feel bad. Take care "

" Not a good habit to start. You might continue doing it and then you will end up feeling really bad if it becomes habitual cause alcohol is a depressant. "

" I've tried it back in the day, I only get the urge to go, (I live a ways from town) and that's never a good thing. DUI's suck I got one and that's all I need. I know people who end up going in and out of prison for that. Drinking alone only makes one sadder anyhow. Please, put the drink down and back away!!!! "

" I do it all the time. Nothing changes regardless of the effort so i figure why keep trying? "

" When I was younger I would sit with my music, drink, and either be all cheery and dance around, or just sit there feeling sorry for myself and crying. There were more tears however, then dancing. I got sick and tired of the hangovers that always, for me, lasted 2 days. Yuk. "
