Why does it sign me in as soon as I log on? I want to be signed out by default, then sign in as and when I see fit.

Completely agree Stevey.....it bloody annoys me! Does anybody know how to remain signed out until you actually WANT to there?

Totally agree. Why can't we change the settings or log in if and when we want to?
It's a really crap addition to the site and seems to slow everything down.

I agree, .. should remain in whatever 'state' we put it in. I suggest we ALL submit a feedback form about it. Might encourage them to 'do something'.

yes, I noticed that, cause I will just get on and im wanting to check messages and so on and as I am quickly pops in someone wanting to chat, I always answer incase someone is in need.
I hate the new chat..Melbo or whoever the chat calls its self will cut me off line repeatedly and then wait to go back online, its b.s. I just use Yahoo..so much easier. Agreed .

it keeps hanging app on me. I am not too fond of meebo. yes, i think it should be on offline for default.
also why does it have to keep resigning on everytime you click to a new thread? YES it is also making the site slower.... wish we could have the old chat back, or at least they could fix it so it works better.

Oh it makes my computer open up gobs of windows after it signs on sometimes (hungapp) is the error.
Meebo sucks-o it would be ok if it worked better but i keeep having to close windows and do ctrl alt delete, because the meebo is freezing things bring back the old chat

I agree with all of you. This chat goes offline just when I need it... and i can't get online and have to restart the internet connection
