" Have you gotten back on the meds yet? I'd say call your dr first thing in the morning. Can you take the day off work tomorrow and see the dr? Are the meds for anxiety? It sounds like a panic attack if you can't breathe. "

" Hang in there! The meds probably just need time for your body to adjust again. You can get back on track. What are the meds for, depression or anxiety? "

" Drugs are antidepressants. But the anxiety is new. No, in a high pressure job that does not suit me, I am terrified they will notice and I am falling apart. "

" Sounds like the job is really hard for you to deal with. Try not to worry about them noticing at work, you just need to take care of yourself right now. I think it may not be bad to leave it if you can. Can you call like a nurse line where you live and tell them your symptoms? I'm wondering if any of this is a side effect of the new meds. It might help you to feel calmer also to talk to a medical expert about your symptoms. ((hugs)) "
