I can't help it, but I'm feeling the urge and haven't done it for 67 days. I don't know how to get the fix without cutting...I'm so frustrated and I just feel like it's not worth quitting anymore...

" find an activity to do to focus on , like make a beaded necklace, color something, do some writing, do some computer art, go out and take some pictures etc etc. "
