Lost and Sliding into Oblivion

A week ago I gave birth to twins at only 24 weeks, a boy and a girl. Within a few days my son, Levi began to grow stronger and healthier, but my little girl, Leah, began to deteriorate.. We lost our darling girl on Friday morning and held services for her over the weekend. I am now beyond depressed and can't pick myself up enough to care for my growing sons...
Please help.

" Thanks psyc,
today was hectic, I feel like Aric is beginning to dislike having Levi around and that makes me feel awful. I just don't know what to do with him.. "

" I'm so so sorry for your loss.

It sounds to me like you could use some grief counselling to help get you through this.

Please try not to feel guilty. These losses are not your fault, these are physical events. You can't help it if something goes wrong with your pregnancy, you can only hope for the best.

Your newborn and your other son need you so please seek out some treatment/therapy to get you through this.

Peace be with you. "

" I know I am late in replying but I just now read your post. I am so very sorry for your loss. Life must seem so very bittersweet right now. It is understandable that you are feeling overwhelmed and depressed. Can you maybe get onto an antidepressant for awhile, until you have had time to grieve, and get your life back together?
I wish your growing lil boy the very best. I hope you have good support at home. Don't be
