You need to tell your parents you need professional help.
If they won't listen tell a school counselor. Do it now.

he may just be 13, but depression doesn't give a damn about age...

reece, I'm 37 and I've struggled with depression since I was about 10 years old.

it's really hard, but you can get through this. find someone to help you advert this crisis, a parent or a counselor and get the help you need.

...and when you are feeling better or if you are feeling up to it now, try reading a book called "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by Dr. Burns. It has helped me learn a lot and has helped me through some bad times. I wish I would have been able to read it when I was much younger; I think it would have helped me not to suffer as much as I have over the years.

How are you today? Please leave us a few words at least to let us know?

My now adult son had been where you are around your age so I can understand where you're coming from.

He made it, it was a long process, a LOT of hard work but he made it.
There wasn't the help then for him like there is now for you either.
