I'm soo angry right now, just because everything in my life right now is crap, and i'm having a hard time dealing with everything lately, that I just can't focus on what I need to do!!!!!

I have nothing but sympathy and empathy for you. Half the time I feel like all I ever do is yell at everybody for nothings because I'm not addressing the somethings. You know what I mean? And bad things like to come in threes.....or multiples thereof. :-P What do you do when you get that angry?

My anger just comes from out of now where from time to time, sometimes it's hard for me to control!!!!!! When I get angry, I can be spiteful and say things that I don't mean that I later regret!!!! thanks for your response...Avery

well I also used to have a lotta problems with anger and consequently rage episodes I knew my sources I think you know yours to me it sounds that your source is because there´s a lotta bad things happening in your life and that´s the source that most people have having anger inside does not mean it will appear only on situations that normally affect people , it will also appear on situations that you usually deal with just fine Once anger is fixed inside , it doesn´t choose when to appear , it wants to appear as often as possible making you do things you regret later and say things you regret later ( from what I can tell , you have such a good heart but unfortunately it´s been corrupted by anger ) life´s been playin bad actions on you and you been reacting to it badly which makes the results worse no matter how hard life becomes to you it´s your reactions that will determine the results you should try to react to things in a good way You can´t fight a bad thing with another bad thing you have to fight a bad thing with a good thing and the result will be the best possible you should to fight back learn to have more control of yourself the things you say and do are reflections of what´s inside you so fight those angry thoughts of yours change your attitude toward things and you´ll not only feel better about yourself but also will be able to turn situations that were bad into good situations I hope you think about it you have such a good heart , don´t let anger or any other bad emotion take control of it take care

Thanks for your reply light warrior, yes you are right, alot of things have happened in my life, that I can't seem to let go of!!!!
Which has caused the anger to come and go, I have not been reacting to it in a good way, really I do want to let the anger go, I just somehow haven't been able to do it yet!!!! I suppose if I TRY to control how I react to it, i could eventually change it!!!!!!! Only time will tell!!!!! Thanks so much for your advice!!!!! 'HUGS' AVERY:)

I think the first step to changing is awareness, so at least you realize it's an issue. Plus you have the desire to change, lots of people have anger problems and don't care how they treat others, so kuddos to you for being self aware and caring enough to try to change. It sounds like it help you have more peace in your life too if you can work through it. Hang in there and good luck in making this change!

I´m pretty sure if you try to control your reactions to things it´ll help you get rid of your anger there´s gotta be controlling in reactions and battles agaisn´t those angry thoughts that goes through your head you can do it as long as you try and persist , always believing in yourself even when you fail , failure is part of the process of gaining knowledge and strength for the next try to be succeed so don´t lower your head , never ! I really hope you manage to get rid of that anger of yours once you do , you´ll be able to see even more how a beautiful person you are :) take care Rodrigo
