It hurts to breath, to just wake up everyday is torture. Some good days but when the bad out weighs the good why bother? Today I sit contiplationg do I just ease the pain by self iflicting pain, or do I JUST END LIFE (although ill never make it to heaven i fear).......my life is toture an full of pain, hurt, loneliness etc.....im exhausted my heart is tired a so am i

Do you have a therp you can turn to and if not can you get set-up with one?
If you feel you are not safe from yourself, please go to your ER and get help....I know you want the pain to end, not really your life.

With help, things can get better.....please seek it here as well as in your realy world. Everyone here has been where you are so you will be understood and get support. "

" Yesterday I was having the same kind of day. I did not want to get out of bed to use the bathroom. I just laid there. I was scheduled for work and wanted to quit, but I can't. All I kept thinking was that I do want to end all of the pain I was feeling and the only way would be to end it all. I am too afraid of not going to Heaven and meeting with my loved ones again. Please do not hurt yourself. You will get through this one day at a time. This website helps me alot. I just joined Saturday and the feedback from caring individuals is great. I plan on getting some help today. I want you to get some to. Meditate and pray. This too shall pass. "

" I have been there. Maybe right now you can do some behavioral things to distract and get thru this. Do things for yourself like get some ice cream you like, order out for pizza just for you, take a walk. Make a list and try to complete 3 things today. Keep your house in order and relax knowing everything is done. Sometimes I would watch TV or jump on Hulu.com. Youtube.com has some nice meditation videos or look for your favorite soothing music. You can't get the answers all at once. I know I wanted them. It just does not work that way. I hope you can start feeling better. "
