I'm 34. I've always been fun, creative, colorful, happy-go-lucky, etc. I do have my issues, however nothing that ever stood in my way. My issues are more of the Chicken Little Sydrom..."The sky is falling", I don't get recognized, nobody listens to me, nobody takes me seriously, nobody ever calls me, etc.
Anyway, I am full on depressed. I don't take care of myself, I hate looking at myslef in the mirror, I'm always stressed and tired, I have become very insecure, and very unhealthy (smoking cigarettes and not eating, and drinking a ton of coffee) Keep in mind I am a health food junkies, and have always been an excersize guru. I have no motivation, no money, no voice, no strength. I flat out miss my old, fun, colorful, spunky, funny self. Where do I even begin to get the cute, healthy, fun me back? sorry you are feeling the effects of depression. It is something that we all here battle with and wish we knew the answers to how we get better. It's possible with a lot of help.
If I may help with one thing, a GP is a General Practioner, it's your doctor. It's a good idea to start there. best wishes
