" please don't contemplate suicide. I thought I couldn't live anymore early this year, I'd been thinking and thinking about dying. I hadn't planned to do anything about it. One day I found myself taking a huge overdose of a cocktail of my meds.
I was lucky to be found and hospitalized. Now I am so glad I didn't succeed.
Try to push those thoughts away by remembering that medical science is coming up with new help all the time and that your life could change very soon.
It's not worth it Lance, please phone a crisis line and talk this through with someone. "

" and the bad part too, in regards to taking large amounts of say antidepressants etc, is pple often live and are even worse off, losing liver or kidney functions or some other thing that makes life yet harder.

take this as a warning sign, and try to defuse this before you get to a point that something just snaps. call your doc, obviously the meds arent doing the job, maybe a change would be helpful. or maybe talking about these stressors would help too. i have the thoughts often myself, so i know how intense and difficult it can get.

as for now, its late, try and get some sleep if you can. if not try and read a bit, or listen to some soft meditative type music. take care "

" Hi Lance! I feel the same way a lot of the time. But to be honest. I don't want to die. I just don't want to feel sad and lonely and depressed anymore. Isn't that really what we want?? When I think about ending my life I realize how final that would be and how much life I would be missing. I mean that would be it...no more chance for me to try to get better or be with my kids or pets. When I think about the finality of it I get too freaked out about it and realize all I want is my feelings to change. I just want to be happy and I have to change some things I am doing in order to do that.

I hope I haven't said anything to upset you...I'm only trying to help! I promise!! "

" Sweet Pea, sounds like your mind is in a fog. The fog will only get darker.
You half to get to ER or to your Dr offc asap.
Sounds like your mind is already playing tricks on you and you're already reach stage where your complplateing - you know - destore your family & friends for the rest of there lives and makeing it easire for next generation to follow in your foot steps.
You absolutely half to go to hospital.
the hospital will work w your Dr.
They will destress your mind and fog will lift.
Just like a car that has to be serviced - we all half to go in from time to time to be de-fog.
If your at point that your already talking yourself out of calling 911. do so now. don't wait to make the call and/or get to hospital because your mind w reach a point where it won't accept assistance.
you might even reach point that you'll repeatedly distract yourself to prevent yourself from calling your Dr and/or 911.

Please, Please get to your Dr offc and/or hospital. "
