Maybe a trip to ER would be best(?)

it miles away and i have no transport there or back i hate my life

mmmmm, that is rough. Problem is here, solution there. I suppose if it gets bad enough, .. taxi? Call a friend? 911? that's all I can think of. I hope you get some relief very soon.

Ask a frind, family member and/or even 1 of your neighbours to take you to ER.

Your DR and/or hospital might be able to give you meds to releve some of the pain.

Have you tried a warm bath or shower to relieve some of pain. if pain is causeing swelling you might opt to use a cooling pad. a wet towel works to relieve swelling.

What illness is causeing the pain ?

Everyone lets pray for Dream. pray that pain will lesson and someone will be provided to assist w transporataion and that there is a med that will provide comfort, amen

In states I wouldn't carehow much it cost to get me to DR or hospital. I would set up payment plan w hospital and/or pay hospital $20ty - $100.00 mo to pay off my medical debt.. Am a big baby. I can't endure - handle pain.
W Dr offc., I would apply for slideing scale fee.
slideing scale fee is offered to those who have or don't have medical insurance. The fee is based on person income.

Depends on the kind of pain you are having. A frozen cold pack will pain is often numb the pain nerves to stop telling your brain about the pain. It takes a bit.

Youn havent said where exactly the either. upper, lower, neck area, hip?
