I know that when I'm in a depression, I am exhausted. Now that I'm steady on my meds, I'm not. Maybe you aren't on a high enough dose?

I stay exhausted but it is from Lymes Disease not the meds. I think alot of them can have that side affect. Hopefully it will go away or get better. Have you been on this med for awhile??

I'm exhausted all the time, but I don't know why. I'm pretty depressed, and I love dreams. So, I am of no help, but can relate.

I don't have that problem now- but I've had it before. Why don't you ask your doctor if he/she can adjust ur meds?

I feel exhausted when I'm depressed. My doctor added Nuvigil to my regimen recently, which isn't usually used for depression - usually for narcolepsy, fibromyalgia - it helps with energy. It's newer - so ask about it?

I read recently that fatigue is the number one complaint to doctors among women.... and there are about a million and fifteen reasons that cause it..... they say that one of the leading causes is minor dehydration- which is chronic among Americans... so while it's not a cure all seriously try making a point of drinking more PLAIN WATER... Also a daily multi vitamin can help too.
Have you had your thyroid function checked? Are you sleeping too much? Do you sleep too little? Are you constantly on the go? Is there an abundance of constant stress (good and bad) going on in your life daily? Does your breakfast lack protien (do you not eat breakfast?) Any and all of these things cause fatigue. It could be the meds... but I'm of the belief that starting simple and changing small things that are more in your control is a good place to start when you are facing any problem.... Oh, btw I write all of this because I am exhausted all the time and my dr doesn't seem to know what to do about it or what's causing it... so I've done a lot of research on it.
