When we go shopping.

It's something that when mastered can really help with mental illness, I had a few weeks where I tried to eat mostly raw food and I did feel significantly better, I wouldn't advise it before sorting out your living conditions and sleeping patterns however : )

I've struggled to maintain it and will attempt to learn more about all this when I move out of home and can do my own shop.

I guess ignoring the whole issue leads to supermarket monopoly and more chemicals in our foods.

" I have read this before and believe it.. It makes a lot of sense.. I have noticed though that the veggies, eggs etc that are better for us are also a lot higher in price.. but Im sure it is worth the cost to help with our mental beings.. "

" diet has A LOT to do with our state of mind.

The more natural, organic and clean our food is, the better.

just plain, real food with no "nutrition label" ...just grown and eaten.

Sounds good and logical to me. "

" I only ever eat raw food. I go out with my bow and arrow and hunt like my people. Squirrel meat isn't bad FYI. Cleanses the spirit. "

" nice.

you noticed this phase too.

i like Pottenger's Cats.

i posted in off topic about it.

in your video you mentioned the ground was depleted of minerals and the water was unsafe. if you eat only raw food, youre exposing yourself to the toxins that the plant absorbs. you also expose yourself to the risk of not cooking. bacteria such as salmonella.

im not against it. dont depend on it though. "
