I have a lot of trouble with my anxiety when it gets dark out. So right now it is very bad

" animal instinct - firstly..... It can also mean that, 'darkness' makes you feel trapped and isolated, suffocated even; something bad is happening that you cannot control....

You see?

Put lots of lamps on, watch tv, wrap yourself up in a blanket - and i find it helps to move your furniture into a position where it becomes a little space of your own..... turn the heating on, sip hot chocolate - watch family guy and take a herbal tab.... it does work, i've tried it lol.... make a habit of the furniture thing..... take care "

my guns in my truck cause people make me nervous.
