Iced Coffee. Utterly O/T

I actually managed to make yummy iced coffee using only my hand held blender (got a bit messy though so use a proper blender if you have one) and here is the recipe:

1 - 3 shots of espresso depending on how strong you want it
Plenty of ice
Milk or cream
Flavoured syrup or sugar
Blender or hand held blender and jug

Make up espresso (I used instant coffee) and add to the blender/jug. Add syrup or sugar and stir until melted.
Add enough ice to fill the blender or almost fill the jug.
Blend until thick (ice may clump but will be ok once it has been stirred)
Add milk or cream.
Stir and serve in a tall glass.
If you wanna be extra naughty, swirl some spray cream on top and dust with cocoa powder or drizzle syrup on top.

The result? Fookin' tasty is what it is.

" I make iced coffee the way by greatgrandpap always drank it... NO milk or cream... just sweetened and poured over ice just like you would make iced tea. Your recipe sounds like it would be thick like a milkshake. That would be good on a hot day... thanks for sharing! "

" I was being fancy Dee lmao. I used a couple of teaspoons of instant coffee and added water (fuck it , close enough right?). If you have proper espresso then by all means use that instead.

And yup it was thick and got that nice separation of the white head of foam.

Yumminess :D "
