lately i have been realizing that i am feeling ok. things are going well and what isn't, i can cope with. the only thing that is still a huge stressor really is the constant lack of money and, regardless of how many places my hubby and i apply, not finding a part time job to make more.

given this i decided to start looking at new places to live to see if we could find somewhere to downsize to. i realized something very interesting, given the market crash....rents are cheaper now. i am finding places bigger than what we have now for £100 less than we pay now. so we are seriously looking now and are hoping to have roughly £100 less a month going out! granted it will just go somewhere else but still, woohoo!

there is one i am seeing tonight that i am hoping is really nice inside. the pic of the outside is stunning! wish me luck!

" Hope all works out, and you are in a new place soon.... It is so difficult to make ends meet these days. I admire you for finding the positive, proactive thing to do. Would have been just as easy to be consumed w/ worry and depression... You go B!!!! "

" My hope is that your faith is strong enough to carry you right to where you are meant to be. And of decidedly less importance (to me, only!), I wish you luck. It is just that in my life, luck has usually followed a hell of a lot of footwork! Best to you! "

" ok....we have looked at a couple. the first one charmed us but we needed to look a little more.

i found one to look at last night that was awesome in the pics. it is just a cute in person but the kitchen is a postage stamp size....the bedroom is tiny too.... and to get to it you park on the main road and have to go down a super steep, kind of scary hill on a footpath. tis a shame cause if it was almost anywhere else i would be in love with it. that hill is a deal breaker though.....i cant even imagine how you would move stuff in down that hill...i mean it is STEEP with no stairs to even it out any.

so we have one more i want to look at and then we are deciding. we think we know what one we want but just need to check on this last one. but if we go for the one we are leaning towards then my hubby's commute stays the same, our rent drops £100 a month and i have no commuting fees so we would actually save £150 a month. AND most importantly, it is cat safe! the windows open too high up for her to try to get out of and there is tons of space for her to run around inside safely, including stairs...she loves stairs. lol!
