* I just want to say im not here to argue about views on the subject*
My friend found out she was pregnant a few days ago. She has never wanted children but she wasn't takeing any precautions against getting pregnant. She told me at first she was going to get an abortion. I don't belive in abortion unless your physically unable to carry the baby or have been raped. but I wasn't the one who was pregnant , so i figured it wasnt my choice. I did ask her if she considered being a seragte mother or haveing the baby and dropping it off at the hospital but she said She was to proud to just let anyone else have her flesh and blood (She serious thinks she's got golden blood or something) =/ I got a little upset with her answer but i didnt say anything i let it go cause again it's not my child but.. Then she asked me , knowing full force how I feel about killing babies , To help her think of ways to kill her and then help her do them!!! =( I am just so disgusted and distrot over the hole thing that I am haveing a hard concentrating or doing anything else. I didn't say anything to her. But I feel as if she was kind of pushing me to get up set with her ; and i really would like to yell at her for even asking me that. but at the same time I dun want to make it about me and I >.< I just dunno at all. Wow hon, sounds like she's got more issues than i want to think about. She needs to be talking to a counselor.
I don't think you are emotionally in any position to be helpful to her at all. I don't even know if I could talk to her again for a while. I'm sorry, that's an awful position to put you in, hon.

=/ I tried to get her to talk to a counsler before cause she gets depressed sometimes
+ and she was haveing problems with her boyfriend who is the sweetest guy ever. She says she doesn't want to go to the counsler or doctor because they will try to change her and she is perfect the way she is. =/ she has lost so many friends. I am afraid that if I leave her it will only make matters worse. but i dunno how i can talk to her right now. but I think you guys are right I should atleast stick with my guts and not help her at all.

Wow . . . you know there is an old saying . . . you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
In that case you may have to let her go . . . she obviously needs help . . . but isn't willing to get it . . . doesn't even think that her problem is really a problem . . . can't really help people like that . . . You should definitely drop this like a hot potato, I know you want to help her in her time of need, but it sounds to me like she cares for no one but herself and that she will drag you down . . .

I am watching her Drag down her boyfriend with her. Who use to be one of my best friends. =( he won't leave her cause he made a promise to her , he does still love her though.
=/ If I drop her I will have to drop him too but I am geussing that you may be right Strange. Maybe it's time I stopped treating her like a babie and tell her untill she sees a counsler or something I can't support her anymore.and be done with it.

I definitely think that would be a good idea!! She may be angry and upset . . . but you can't help that anymore, something tells me she may not get help, but you will have done your best. If it comes down to it, It is hard to have people leave our lives . . . even when they are bad for us . . . but sometimes it has to be done

It sounds like your friend has some issues to deal with besides the pregnancy. It irritates me when women and men choose not to use birth control. Pregnancy occurs and then it is off to the abortion clinic. Abortions are not a form of birth control. Atleast they shouldnt be. I believe that every woman has a choice to do what they want with their bodies. But..I am also a firm believer that many abortions are just senseless murders because of irresponsibility. Hugs to you hon. Convince your friend to go to counselling. She has some serious issues.
