Do U Cry?

I used to never be able to cry a few years ago. Now I cry at everything, a sad tv commercial, a movie (I blubbered through Titanic recently). I actually feel better after a good cry. But then I have to clean my glasses, and look like a strawberry for the next hour. I don't cry because I am sad or feeling bad for myself. Then there are good tears, but that is another long story lol!

" I never cried much growing up - my family would yell at me when I cried, they would say "Stop feeling sorry for yourself." It got to the point I couldn't grieve death because I was feeling sorry for myself for missing the person (warped).

Now, I cry all the time. My eyes swell shut if I cry before I go to sleep. Some people say they feel better after a good cry, but I hardly ever do. I usually feel unresolved and confused. "
