There are at least 4 types of Internet providers:

DSL ... FAST, may not be available in your area. Requires a phone line for data, .. you can use the phone for voice simultaneously.

CABLE ...FAST, uses the Cable TV "cable" for data. You can have Cable INTERNET with or without cable TV service. May not be available in your area.

Satellite ... I don't know much about Satellite Internet Service,.. I have never used it or worked with it.

Dial-up .. SLOW, requires telephone service, cannot use phone for voice and internet access at the same time.

I Googled "Wayne Oklahoma Internet Provider" and got 341,000 hits.

If you have cable TV, check with your cable TV company.

they now have wireless net Cricket has one verizon has it but check your area before and make sure you have good strong signal .They can check that for you by zip code .

well i have no phone service, i do have Satellite though. but thanks to everyone i'm fixing to look up that web site wonderingvet :)
