" Crying helps, it's natural....but there are times where I literally don't have time to cry. I prefer to do it alone and want to keep it to myself...though sometimes I end up crying at the most inapropriate time because so much has built up that one little thing will set me off....crazy! LOL. "

" I believe it truly helps in some situations .... Whats worse is feeling like if you could cry you would feel so much better and meds keeping you from doing it ...That was HORRIBLE... Since I have decided to give my lexapro a dump I can feel my emotions. For the first time in a year I got too have a Real hard make your face puffy cry Monday .... PSSSSS Thanks for the peeps on here that let me cry and supported me :) you guys rock "
