Possible trigger (like everything else it seems)

Do you ever have times when you just can not stop crying. And yet the emotion(s) you are feeling are not sadness. I hate this most of all. I hate that i cry so easily. But i especially hate when i am frustrated or angry and the manisfestation of that anger ends up being tears. it's so hard to explain why i am crying sometimes. And yet it is almost overwhelmong. Honestly i sometimes wonder if I will ever stop crying. And i also wonder when/if i will ever figure out what i am really crying about!

Sorry to bring y'all down. Just wanted to get that out.

" Ugh, I so feel you on this one. No matter what emotion I may be feeling, it always turns into tears. I am such an emotional person in the first place, and every little thing gets to me... even the stupidest things hurt my feelings and make me cry. Half the time I don't even know what I'm crying about!

" Hey Batdog I find that happens to me alot and have found it is usually when I am physically and mentally exhausted. I usually have such a tight control on myself while in the outside world such as at work that by the time I get home my emtions are just raw. I try actually not to go to many places after work or to alot of social events because even though I am better then I was I still suffer from social axniety and can not deal with alot of strangers being around me, it just makes me mentally freaked and I don't deal well with it. " crying for me is the safest way to deal with my anger. It's not the way I WANT to do it, but it's the safest. And I usually do it after I've run out of energy ranting at the walls with the foulest language I can think of..... "

" I am a crier...I see nothing wrong with it, even the times I have no clue why I am crying. I am a very emotional person.

Sometimes I think the times we cry for no reason as a release that we need to clear the mind or something...IDK but hey, it sounds right lol.

I don't try to figure it out, I just let the tears flow and go with it and I generally feel better afterwards.

" I wish I could cry more easily, most of the time I am walking around with this huge pressure and I can't get it out.
When I was a teenager I used to get so mad and so frustrated it would come out as sobbing, so I know how you feel about that. It's like being betrayed by your own emotions. "
