Depression Support Group

Greeting all , I'm Dreamwalker . I'm 44 years old this is the first depression group I've joined . I have severe advanced firbomyalgia and only 36% of my heart works ... I was diagnosed with clinical depression as a result of the above conditions . I think I've suffered from depression since as far back as maybe 11 years old ... I'm not sure . I'm very new at this kind of group . I decided to join because a friend of mine died recently ... He was in his 80's we were dear friends and companions, family and just about everything in between except we were never lovers . I knew him for 18 years and his death hurt me deeply . I can't seem to come out of the overwelming sadness . My first husband was killed in 1989 I was 25 and we had been together for 9 years , when he was killed I felt a large piece of me died too . Now I feel like that all over again ???
