Its not what u think. I actually just want to know the procedures, you used to come off of your medication. As in what medicine/dosage, did you just go cold turkey, or did u gradually reduce, and for how long?

" err ok. lol Be careful with Effexor, that's all I know. Gotta come down off some of these antide's a lil at a time or they will have yu bombed in 16 hrs flat.

" definitely talk to your doc. ive had some meds ive had to come off slowly, and some ive been able to just stop... and some ive stopped myself and had bad withdrawal symptoms from (oooopsies)

" Stopping a medication is best done under a doctor's supervision. Most antidepressants need to be reduced over a period of time as stopping them abruptly can trigger discontinuation effects (withdrawal) which are varied - worst with some than with others.
