ok, first validation of your feelings, y, life can take on that appearance when we're depressed.
now, reality - we're surrounded by and constantly interacting in one way or another with a very large number of people so non of us are actually alone. that feeling of loneliness comes from having pre-defined ideas such as 'we should have children', 'we should have a lover', 'we should be part of the system' etc...and usually add, as in this case, 'by a certain age' to each of those statements. these are just ideas brainwashed into us by society and can be harmful. i think its similar to the body-image problems a lot of people seem to have as a result of constant exposure to the ridiculous image of an ideal person.. we're born, shit happens, and then we die - all we can do is to see the best in whatever shit happens. or we can do the opposite and see the worst. one equals happy, the other sad. and the funny thing is, the shit that happens actually has very little to do with that happy and sad. its all in our heads. that's why there are poor people with nothing that manage to be happy and there are people who have everything we can dream of who get so sad that they kill themselves :/ its just a ride, relax and enjoy it :D btw, also consult with pdoc to get the right treatment if there are chemical inbalance issues. *big huggles*
