Anyone know a good support group in the San Diego area. I have been depressed for the last 3 weeks about my current situation and its hard for me to ask for help. Someone mentioned that I should try a support group.

A depression support group? Or a particular support group (postpartum, rape, divorce, etc)?
Found this one on google. I don't have a chapter in my home town, so I can't give you an honest recommendation. http://www.dbsasandiego.org/

Thanks Rainer, I will check it out. I am not sure, what type of group, my life just sucks right now. I got out of school more than 6 months ago and cant find a job, might be losing my house and my marriage is falling apart. Plus I started a business when I do not think I was ready to start one and I have clients to take care of, but not in the right state of mind for it. I just need help
