I was wondering do people think about their illness everyday. I try not to think about my illness everyday. I want to live my life as normal as possible.

" I think about it when I think about wanting to meet people. Otherwise......I really don't think about it unless I'm reminded by something that screams ....hey you have issues. I dont mind explaining myself to people but I absolutely do not like having to do it but usually people are very polite and understanding. I mainly just tell them .....hey I have a lot of trust issues and emotional issues. I find people are usually understanding even if it is foreign to them personally. I don't think anyone here is that much different from anyone else in life. Just because some do not have a diagnosis....does not mean they don't have some of the very same problems. Some just use different things to combat the illness . "

" I try not to think about it. But when my boyfriend comes home and tells me about his day at work, I always remember, I can not work because of it. I remember when my SSDI is gone for the month and there is nothing to replace it. I just wish that I didnt have my depression or anxiety. . But I do. it makes things really tough. "

I appreciate every second, minute, hour and day that I am out..... but I remember that the black hole is going to swallow me up as soon as I let my guard down...
