Decent article about depression

I found a decent article about depression:

http://magazine.foxnews.com/food-we...

It is not a total "do it yourself" thing, but there are some good guidelines in it. But don't let this article replace therapy and meds!

" Good article! It repeats what we find ourselves repeating on here, so often.

I especially liked the line about re-incorporating normal activities back into your life one by one, "even if you're feeling unenthusiastic about it". This one tip has helped me enormously over the last few years. You can build on that, and it can go a long way toward getting 'yourself' back, which so many people need.

It explains many CBT priniciples, too, and might de-mystify it for people who can't physically or easily get to a session with a group.

Thanks for this, Pepp. These are getting printed out and hung in a conspicuous place. "
