I LOVE hearing the rain hammering down on the flat-roof at night, and it was absolutely chucking it down last night. Perfect! Until I remembered the two loads of washing I'd forgotten to bring in. But it's going to be OK, because the sun is coming out now, and my washing will dry again.

Small victories, baby steps, concentrating on the positives. All these things WILL stop me from crawling back under my duvet today.
