My Fiance

My fiance has Multiple Sclerosis, seizures, COPD, high blood pressure, plus other things. He is afraid to leave the house. He even had a heart attacked and a blocked artery
He is in a lot of pain and the doctors say there is nothing more they can do. He is now worried because his stomach hurts whether he eats or not
Every day he says he doesn't want to live like this anymore. He also has mental issues.
What can I do to support him more. I mean I do support him, but I want to do more.

" I don't agree that the doctors cannot do anything to ease his pain

pain management is quite advanced

don't take no for an answer and see help to get this sorted

I don't know if you have access to healthcare as I know in America they are not very helpful to people on low incomes

Are you able to go and see a doctor for a second opinion? "

" ken is the same way. He is very sick and does not know the diagnose or full diagnose yet. He has complete nerve damage down his arms but is having symptoms of MS. They are still checking.

He has taken to his bed and won't get up because he is convinced he is dying. I think he needs to see a pdoc but he won't do it. Everyday, all he talks about is dying, or committing suicide. I told him I would call an ambulance the next time he does this.

I hate to admit it but it is getting on my nerves. Please understand I don't think he is dying. The doctors don't think he is dying, he has convinced himself he is dying. Even a cough is not a cough but cancer to him.

I don't know what to do with him. I wish I could help you but just wanted to let you know you are not alone. If you find a way to help please let me know. "
