Advice:
what should i do

I have been depressed for 3 years now from a grief reaction. I have noticed, that my brain/thinking have really been affected. it takes me a long time to do things, like homework for school. it seems like people i go to school with are moving/working/talking faster than me. i did a group project, and felt frustrated because it seems like people dont care about what i have to say, and when i made a suggestion, one didnt want to do it, and had to get someone else to agree first. i am feeling more vulnerable, and sensitive to this, what should i do in group situations? I am not looking forward to more group work.

" Group situations were always hard for me especially when more than mildly depressed. I really don't know what you should do but just want you to know that I understand. I hope you will get through the depression and feel better. You will get through the grief it can take 3+ years to fully grieve. Take care.
